During high-demand periods or sales events, processing time may extend to 3-4 business days. We will notify you via email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure secure and timely delivery of all products. The carrier used depends on your location and the size/weight of the package.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Delays or Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived:
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
- If unresolved, email us at support@claudeneboost.store so we can assist you.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. Orders placed to these addresses may be subject to cancellation and refund.
8. Damaged or Lost Items
If your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos and order details.
- We will initiate a replacement or refund based on the situation.
